Ebooks

Ebook orders are delivered by email as soon as payment succeeds, usually within a few minutes. You can also sign in to My account for another copy. Email links and My account share five downloads per title. If you need more after that, contact us and we will help. If the email hasn't arrived after an hour, check your spam folder and then get in touch.

Change-of-mind refunds are not available for ebooks once payment has succeeded. This is a small independent author shop, so if your file will not open or the download fails, contact us first and we will help — usually with a fresh download. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Paperbacks and signed editions

Physical editions are not yet open for sale. When signed paperbacks launch, orders will ship within Australia only, packed by the author from Melbourne, Australia. Postage is a flat AUD $5 per order, however many paperbacks you buy. Dispatch timing will be confirmed on each product page before checkout opens.

International orders

We do not currently ship physical books outside Australia. International postage is not available at this stage.

Replacements

If a digital download stops working later on, get in touch and we'll make it right. The same approach will apply to damaged physical stock once paperback sales open.
