Who we are
Billy Haddad Books is the seller on this storefront. All titles are published by Bad Character Books. This page explains what personal information we collect when you buy or use your library account.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, and billing details required for the sale. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this site. If you create or use a library login, we use your email address to send a sign-in link and to match you to purchases you can redownload within the library limit.
How we use it
Your information is used to process the order, deliver what you bought, keep a record of the transaction, and let you sign back into the library to redownload your ebooks (up to five downloads per title, or more with support). It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain order and account details only as needed to service your purchase and to keep a transaction record so you can return to the library and download again within that limit. If you want a copy of your data corrected or removed where we can still fulfil those obligations, contact us.
