Ebook orders are delivered by email as soon as the payment clears, usually within a few minutes. The download link is generated for your order and expires after use. If the email hasn't arrived after an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Paperbacks and signed editions

Physical orders are packed by the author from Melbourne, Australia. Signed stock is limited and usually not replaced once a title sells through. We aim to dispatch within three working days of payment, and you'll receive a tracking note by email when the parcel leaves.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Postage outside Australia varies by destination and is calculated at checkout. Customs or import fees, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Replacements

If a physical item arrives damaged, or if a digital download stops working, please reach out within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right.
